Based in Branson, Taney County, Missouri, points of origin and services, other than those below, may be performed at negotiable rates. Discounted rates are also available and based on volume and agency.
Multiple attempts of service will be an additional $20, each attempt, plus the full mileage rate, unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
A mileage rate of 60 cents per mile, with a $5 minimum, will be applied from the County Courthouse of origin. The mileage rate will only be applied for the primary document and will not be applied to additional documents for the same address.
